Blenheim Homes was consolidating several individual websites for each of their communities into one brand-centric website. Asenka was brought in to consult on the best strategic approach to accomplish the goal without losing the digital search presence they had built over the years.

Asenka then developed the site through an extensive design process and content migration strategy. The end result of this large project is a modern website that clearly showcases its communities, available homes, floor plans, and home-buying experience. The custom Home-Finder tool is at the center of the buyers’ discovery process. The site also serves as a marketing hub for all new inquiries. Prospective buyers can gather a wealth of information on the site but there is always a path schedule a visit or get specific questions answered. Best of all, the new site embodied all the search strength of the various smaller sites but presents everything in a clean cohesive fashion.

On the admin side, the site was developed intentionally so that the internal team at Blenheim can easily handle adding ay new home models, availability, or even new communities. The back end logic of the site is clean, logical and expandable giving Blenheim a tool they can grow with for years to come.
